The game has only one level, which consists of 3 production stages. Just like in a puzzle game, each part should be set up and installed in exactly the marked space. Based on live-action film Transformers, the game lets players control the outcome in the battle for Earth as they choose to protect it as autobots or destroy it as decepticons.
