I couldn't see anyway to change this in game. As a superior inverted Y axis user - at least up and down are fine. So for me when I go into the first person targetting view mode - left and right are the wrong way around for me. It does have less options to change control settings as it's the original version though. As has been noted - it retains all the visual effects that were missing from the PS3 version.
